1. BOOKINGS

• When you place an order online, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirms that we have received your request, not that your order is guaranteed.

• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion. If your booking is cancelled, any money paid will be refunded in full.

2. PAYMENT & DEPOSITS

• Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include the rental of shisha equipment.

• A refundable security deposit of £100 per shisha is required. This covers loss or damage to equipment.

• If damage exceeds the deposit, the Client agrees to pay additional costs up to £250 per shisha.

• Refunds of deposits are processed on the next working day after equipment has been inspected and returned in good condition.

Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

• If cancellation is made after dispatch, the full booking fee is payable.

• Changes to booking date, time or location can only be made before dispatch.

3. AGE & LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

• Shisha services are strictly 18+ only.

• Valid photographic ID (passport, driving licence, PASS card) must be shown on delivery.

• Failure to provide valid ID = no delivery and no refund.

4. TOBACCO & FLAVOURS

• Lazy Caterpillar operates solely as an equipment hire service. We do not sell, retail, or distribute tobacco products. 

• When booking, Clients may indicate preferred flavour options for preparation purposes only. 

• All tobacco used is sourced, purchased, and remains the sole responsibility of the Client. Lazy Caterpillar provides a preparation service only.

5. SAFETY & FIRE DISCLAIMER

• Shisha equipment is designed for use with legally purchased shisha tobacco only.

• Smoking any other substance is strictly prohibited and will result in loss of deposit.

• The Client is fully responsible for safe use of hot charcoal and shisha equipment.

• Lazy Caterpillar accepts no liability for burns, fire, or property damage caused by use of charcoal or shisha equipment.

6. CONSUMER RIGHTS

• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, services that are time-specific (such as event or shisha bookings) are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period.

• By ordering, you acknowledge and agree that your right to cancel under the cooling-off period does not apply.

7. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

• Clients use shisha services at their own risk.

• The Client is responsible for ensuring that guests are of legal age and aware of health risks.

• The Client releases and indemnifies Lazy Caterpillar from any liability for injuries, health issues, or damages arising from use of shisha equipment, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

8. Delivery & Collection

• Orders can be placed between 01:00 pm and 11:00 pm.

• Delivery will be fulfilled within two hours of the requested time, where possible.

• Orders will be fulfilled only within London Zone 1 and Zone 2.

• Collection takes place between 12:00 pm and 9:00 pm the following day.

• Equipment must be clean and in working order at collection. Deposits are refunded once equipment is checked.

9. SERVICE DISCLAIMER

• Lazy Caterpillar is not a registered company or physical shop.

• We operate only as an online booking platform for shisha equipment hire.

• All services are provided on a private hire basis, and bookings are made directly between the Client and Lazy Caterpillar as an individual service provider.

10. GENERAL

• This Agreement is the entire understanding between the Client and Lazy Caterpillar.

• If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

• Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
